Coconut Cookies

20th Tuesday  March, we were assigned to make some coconut cookies. We had to follow the ingredients on the board. 1 1/2 cup of S.R.F,1/2 cup of sugar, 1/4 of oil, 1/2 cup of coconut. Mix all them ingredients well and place it on top of a copping board. Once that is done, squash done the dough, with your knuckles and get a rolling pin and flatten it so you could cut it in many parts you want it. once all those ingredients are done place it in the oven carefully and wait till it is golden brown. hope you enjoy your, coconut cookies.
