My holiday

In the holidays I went to my cousin house for 1 week when I was at my cousin house we were playing ps3 games like uncharted drake and Minecraft pocket edition and Minecraft. When we were finished we were Going to the field to play touch when we played touch we played girls vs boys.We got heaps of scores but the only thing was that my cousin was slapping poeple back hard so  I went into the girls team and  we got some tries for them  but  when it wass time to go we lost.It was time to go inside for dinner we had pizzia for dinner.so when we finsh dinner we had to go  to sleep but before we went to sleep we went in the lounge to watch some movies. Then we went to sleep.

The Next day on Tuesday we woke up and went into the garage to play on the ps3 to play minecraft but when my uncle came back he told me that my aunt passed away so I felt sad so we had 1 hour of quietness then we went to sleep.

Logo Explantion

In our writing group we had a task to finish we had to do a task that is called logo Explanation here is a Writing of a Explanation logo.

                         How to draw a logo.

A logo is a drawing that represents what  do. Also it helps you when you go somewhere it can remember where someone come from or was born from.  Design a personal logo has too many steps.  A personal logo does something that has been created that represents someone And their culture.

First you have to use your thumbnail concept.  For your size of your logo.(A thumb nail is  the size  of your thumb and for the size of your logo).

Then you  have to draw a logo two or three and you have to choose witch one out of your two or three logo’s.

When your logo is sorted you have to label it on aT-shirt,on your clothes or on your book’s. Even you can also make the logo that you made and use it  for your business.

A Logo is good to use because does heaps of things to help you. Like it represent you wherever you go it will always know where you came from. Thank you  for  reading the instruction of how to create a logo.

Cross country .

On  A beautiful morning It was cross country day it was a good and windy day but we still had cross country. There was house colors. The house colors was Red (Te Aroha),Blue (Tanui),green (Matatua) and yellow (takitimu).

When we went to cross country we had to wait and wait until it was our turn. I felt kind of nervous so when Mr burt claped the two pieces of wood the race started and people were running and jogging.

When I started to run I jogged and then I sprinted at last. When I was running I felt that a dog was  chasing me It was a tough run.I felt really tired that I wanted to quit and fanit.

When I was running I found people that was slowing down so I cheered them up so they can run and to get empress them so it was a tough thing to do so I said” I’m going” it was tough.

Finally I got to the end. Then people started sprinting and then I sprinted as fast as I could so when I was sprinting people started to run the we had a race to the finish line.

I felt really happy that I approached the finish line but at the same time I find it hard.

On Wednesday the 9 th of September we had a task to do.We had to create a Google drawing and give three facts how to make your phone save.

As a class we had a task to do we had to do a infografic for smart foot print.We made infografic because we would help those people that does not know what is a infografic.We even learned about private and public.

Reality trip

On the 31th july we had a task to do we had to watch this T'v show that was about documentary it was called "reality trip".   Documentary  is a broad category of moving pictures intended to document some aspect of reality. These are typically non fictional real life activities captured by a film maker.  There were 5 kiwi people that went to do what Philippines in the Manila do for work.They experience only one thing it was Hard drive coil.  The most shocking thing for me was that the Hard drive coil stick was  to small for the coil.   They never d took there job serious because they where not listening.  They weren't being  financially responsible.  I learn that when you work you that it seriously.

Shopping list

On term 3 the seniors had a task to do.we had to do a shopping list for you to survive from Saturday to next Sunday  and when we finish we had to go and shop online on the countdown website.it was kind of tricking because we had to pick a number of money.I  got $150 so I was allowed to buy some more but I saved it for me to by take-away.

Immersion Assembly.

On the first day of term 3 Pt England school had an a immersion assembly.  When we  got there Mr Burt was running an auction.   He had given out cards with money so you could make a bid.  If you won you get the item.  This had us very excited and now wanting to find out more.

The teachers were dressed up in costumes - they were going to tell the school what they are going to do with their class for this term.  so Mr burt called up “everybody welcome team 1”then we started to clap when sudden a movie came up on the screen It was about what team 1 is going to do for this term.  

team 3  they made a movie to but it was kind of funny.  But this time they had something different the Mrs king got up and told her helper’s to come up  when they were up Mrs king said to her helper “what would you be when you grow up” . Then they went back to their seats.

my favourite are team 3 and team 5 because there team 3 movie was funny and team 5 acting was funny to cause of Mr Barts was pretending to be Mr Wiseman.

My highlight in term 2.

In term 2 my highlight was when we went to polyfest for a trip my 2th highlight was when it was my birthday because we went to bowling.My last highlight was when it was the last day of school because we get to play on minecraft on the computer.My goal is to try and be in a higher level than before in math’s and injury.

In writing we have been doing this  game it was a writing game.

 This game is really interesting because  it will make you get smart in your writing .When I started to play this game the only thing I first knew that it was a writing game.when our teacher Mrs Moala told us that the game is a writing game I started to moan. but when we played it we  got into the game. all about Samsontie

In reading we have been learning what is Samsonite Samsonite  is a suit case that follows you were ever you go but it follow you with a Samsung phone.You don't pull the Samsonite because it has tracking device on the suit case. Here is a photo of some facts of Samsonite.

In writing we had a  task to finish  and here is a picture of  what we had to do.

I am in orange level because I have nearly finish with a half of my task.the only thing I have to do is to finish of the left over work and to post it on my blog.My goal is to move  to blue level.

Tinkering Tools And toys.

Today in zeal zone team 5 spend time brain storming was that we could make a better place to be.I am in a group with 4 people our name is the game freaks.

Things that I didn’t know about technology

In the afternoon we where learning about technology.

   Things about wheels and Axles  I didn't  know

1.I didn't know that machines make your life more easier.like ( helping us do our jobs).

2.I never knew that levers,pulleys,screws,wedges and inclined was a machine I thought that it was a tools.

3.I never knew that A wheel is a circular object.

4.I did not know that the engine is connected to these wheels by an axle.

5.I never knew that the wheel is attached to a rod.

Mr Burt's korero.

In the afternoon we had a special visitor  it was Mr Burt. Mr Burt was coming to the senior block  because he taught us all about world war 1. He Said that “his dad and miss flavour grandpa went to the war”He told that there  was to many technology that was made in the world war.

If queen Elizabeth was alive then there would be no fighting against the German’s.When he stop talking about The queen he started to show us some picture of technology that went to war.there were heaps  of kind of staff that went to war like air planes that had guns,mini guns,a battleship and also a rocket launcher.

The New Zealand  fighter  was  the first to make the technology but then the Germans started to create their own kind of technology.Then it was time to go back to class When we went back to class we had to write a paragraph we had to write two or three paragraph.

Future Aspirations.

Today At 9:30 in the morning at the senior block we had a special visitor It was

marcus winter - the sandman,Louis gordon-basket ball and Andrew patterson. They were talking about what they do and then mrs Burt told that Andrew patterson was a collector.Then he inco thos Marcus winter he came and talked about what he did in the past when he was in primary.Then we did a dance to (uptown funk you up):From bruno mars it was funny.

Then Marcus winter inco thos Louis gordon - that made a site of basketball.He showed us a video of when he was playing basketball and when we were watching the video he was talking about what bounce means like in a mean way like( you just got bounce) because he said that “michael gordon got bounce from his high school mates.

Then It was time to go back to class Before we went to class Louis gordon,Marcus winter and Andrew patterson stand in the front of us and then we took a selfie with a selfie stick.

It was cool because what they do Is amazing.

Te oro.

On saturday I went to the te oro I went to te oro because I Was performing we had to dance In our costume.When we got inside I was kind of shy because We had to perform.It was cool because we had a adventure around the te oro.
